I am really excited to see this grow in the next few years and I think this will really benefit our psych population. I have recently had a patient in the ER that the provider recommended the use of “magic mushrooms” to help with her 20 year long addiction to crack cocaine. There is medical treatment for the withdrawal of alcohol and opiates, but there is no treatment for crack/cocaine.
